Beatrice and Dante

In the Vita Nuova, Dante describes his love for Beatrice. They wave to each other occasionally, she turns out to be married; he has visions, she dies. She inspired him so much that he also wrote Comedia, a journey through hell, purgatory, and heaven, where he meets Beatrice, and God. A God of power, light, and love.

A beautiful story, based on encounters of the very lightest kind, with a darker side: hell for many. We're now 700 years later -- I'll add something.

I can see the Vita Nuova and Comedia as a collaboration between two souls. They share a common interest in God, love, and heaven. She embodied love, contact with heaven; he had an eye for it, and words.

I suggest they knew each other. From another dimension, or something.

I'll also add: the idea of reincarnation. The idea of new opportunities for everyone, the idea of learning, shedding old patterns. Forgiveness, heaven, and contact with God are possibilities for everyone.

We can unite the ideas of one God (power, light, and love), reincarnation, and heaven (infinite sensitivity, creativity, tenderness, and love).
